1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
• You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been packed or shipped yet.

• Once confirmed, we’ll process the cancellation and initiate your refund (if prepaid) within 3–5 working days.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch
• Orders that have already been shipped or handed over to the courier cannot be canceled.
• If you wish to refuse delivery, the package will be returned to us. Once received, a refund may be issued after deducting two-way courier and handling charges.

3. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Due to their personalized nature, customized, handmade, or special-order products (such as personalized decor, printed names, or curated hampers) cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
These are prepared specifically for you and often begin processing immediately upon order placement.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders
• For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if eligible) are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
• Payment gateway or transaction charges, if any, are non-refundable.

If you want to make small changes (like address correction or item quantity) before dispatch:
• Contact our team within 6 hours of placing the order.
• Modifications may not be possible once the product is packed or shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel an order under exceptional circumstances such as:
• Unavailability of product
• Payment failure or verification issue
• Incorrect address or non-serviceable location
• Suspected fraudulent activity
