Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We deliver to every serviceable pincode in India, and shipping is free on every order.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are packed and sent within 2 working days, and the courier usually takes about 5 days after that. For a function date, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you if it reaches in time.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packing. Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours. Personalised and used ritual items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. The Returns & Refunds page has the details.
How can I pay?
UPI, cards and net banking. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
Do you take bulk orders for weddings and events?
Yes. Planners, decorators and families ordering for many guests get bulk pricing, custom colours where possible and one WhatsApp contact from order to delivery.
