1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India through trusted logistics partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post.

2. Dispatch Timeline
• All ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
• Customized or handcrafted items may take 5–10 business days, depending on design and production time.
• Orders placed during peak wedding or festive seasons (Diwali, Akshaya Tritiya, etc.) may experience slight delays, which we’ll communicate promptly.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS notification with the tracking link.

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping is available on most prepaid orders above ₹999.
• Orders below ₹999 may attract a nominal shipping fee displayed during checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional service fee as applicable.
All shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned before final checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
• An email/SMS with tracking number and courier partner link.
• You can also log in to your My Account → Orders section on our website to check live updates.

If your order contains multiple products from different warehouses or vendors, it may arrive in separate packages.

8. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, non-availability, or customer refusal:
• The courier may attempt re-delivery once.
• If the order returns to us, we can re-ship it after deducting two-way courier charges.
• Refunds will be processed only after the product is returned to our warehouse in its original condition.
Please ensure your address, pin code, and contact number are correct at checkout.
