We pack every order with care and send it by trusted courier partners across India. Here is how shipping works.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across India. We do not ship outside India at the moment.
2. Shipping charges
Shipping is free on every order. There are no extra delivery charges at checkout.
3. When your order ships
- We pack and dispatch orders within 2 working days of payment.
- Orders paid before 7 pm are counted from the same day; later orders from the next working day.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.
- Personalised or made-to-order items take longer. We confirm the time with you on WhatsApp before we start.
4. Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes about 5 days, depending on your pincode. Metro cities are often quicker; remote areas and the North-East can take longer.
These times are estimates, not guarantees. Festivals, weather, strikes or courier delays can slow deliveries down. If your function date is close, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will tell you what is possible.
5. Tracking your order
Once your order ships we send you the courier name and tracking number by email or WhatsApp. You can also see your orders in My account.
6. Address and delivery attempts
- Please check your address, pincode and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
- The courier will call before delivery. If a parcel comes back to us because nobody was available or the address was wrong, we can send it again; any re-shipping cost will be shared with you first.
- Large orders may arrive in more than one parcel.
7. Damaged or missing items
Please record a short video while opening your parcel. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with the video or photos and we will replace it or refund it. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
8. Bulk and event orders
For orders of 25 pieces or more, or delivery to a venue on a fixed date, contact us on WhatsApp. We will agree the delivery date with you in writing.
